I think that’s Jonathan Roxmouth as the Phantom (Andre Schwartz had already left at this point). Anthony Downing plays Raoul.
The pictures by Pat Bromilow-Downing was taken in Cape Town, with the original 2011 cast (I.E. André Schwartz as the Phantom and Jonathan Roxmouth as Raoul). When they got to Johannesburg they took new photos with Jonathan Roxmouth as the Phantom and Anthony Downing as Raoul. But those photos was taken by… I wanna say Suzy Bernstein?
